In Exhibit A, the Defendant can be seen exiting a White Tremor and firing multiple shots into the victim,
Fartmilla. The Defendant clearly had no legal justification to do so, as they were not an active threat or
anything that would authorize them to kill her.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I, V_15K, am an Assistant Special Agent-in-Charge at the State Bureau of Investigations (“SBI”). I have
been an SBI Agent for five months. I have been in the investigative field since August of 2021, as I was
previously employed in the Special Investigations Unit, under the Palmer Police Department. Based on
my training and experience among other things, I am familiar with the investigation of homicide crimes
which include the following; murder, voluntary manslaughter, and involuntary manslaughter. During the
course of my career with the SBI, I have investigated numerous homicide crimes involving murder.
After receiving a tip through the Universal DOJ Criminal Tipline, an investigation was launched into the
matter. The evidence provided showed the Defendant masterofroblox125130 shooting and killing
Fartmilla at the Palmer Car Dealership.
In Exhibit A, the Complainant can be seen conversating with the victim at the Palmer Car Dealership.
The victim can be seen saying “dm” to the Complainant, before the Defendant masterofroblox125130
jumps out of a White Tremor and begins firing at Fartmilla. The Defendant was riding as a passenger in
a White Tremor bearing the license plate “GHOST.” The Defendant used this vehicle to escape from the
scene after killing Fartmilla, the victim.
Unfortunately, the Defendant could not be reached on Discord. Though, I was able to get in contact with
the Complainant and Victim. The Complainant stated that he had no prior interaction with the
Defendant and is unsure as to why he specifically chose to kill her only, a full statement can be found in
Exhibit B. When I contacted the victim, she stated that she does not know the Defendant and had no
prior interaction with him, but she also noted that the Defendant followed her around often, which she
ignored. The victim is unsure as to why she was shot specifically and believes she was getting targeted
for no reason, a full statement can be found in Exhibit C.
With the evidence, statements, and information provided, it is clear that the Defendant had no legal
justification to kill Fartmilla.
