State of Ridgeway v. ve_rmix Rid. Veh. C. § 7.07b - Speeding in Excess (15+) The Court, being fully advised in the premises of the Petition, hereby finds the following: 1. A Petition Statement accompanied the petition for the expunging of non-judicial and judicial criminal history; 2. An Expungement Hearing was conducted before this Court, with government present; 3. The petitioner has participated in community service projects and military service, and has provided a plan to continue with such; 4. The petitioner has not been arrested and charged with a criminal offense or comparable ordinance violation for committing a felony or a misdemeanor during the statutory waiting period; and 5. The petitioner has satisfied the requirements of 1 R. Stat. § 2314 in connection with all adjudications of guilt, nolo contendere, or declarations of fugitive status for committing any criminal offense to which the Petition pertains. WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Expungement is hereby granted. All criminal offender records pertaining to the above-styled petition shall be expunged in accordance with the procedures set forth in Ridgeway Rule of Criminal Procedure 38(a); and it is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the State of Ridgeway shall expunge all information concerning indicia of arrest or criminal history information regarding the arrest or alleged criminal activity to which this petition pertains in accordance with the procedures set forth in Ridgeway Rule of Criminal Procedure 38(a).
