Pursuant to Rid. R. Crim. P. 14(a), the State of Ridgeway herein submits all exhibits and
witnesses to testify. Grand Jury presence and information has been validated to not exist in the climate
of this case. The State verifies that all exhibits and witnesses listed herein this document are original.
Further, Pursuant to Rid. R. Crim P. 14(a)(1)(b), the State motions for Reciprocal Discovery of the
Defense.
Exhibit A - Defendant is seen walking into the Palmer Car Dealer and
shooting dead State Attorney sinznevermisses without provocation.
Exhibit B - Defendant is seen shooting at State Attorney
sinznevermisses, ultimately killing him and is seen shooting towards Palmer
Police Officer maaivin.
Exhibit C - Defendant is interviewed by members of the State Bureau
of Investigation.
Exhibit D - Complainant is interviewed by members of the State
Bureau of Investigation.
