Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant in the home of the complainant without explicit permission. The
defendant is then seen shooting and killing the complainant in his own home and then goes into another
room to presumably flee the scene.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit B, it shows the complainant at the annex building and the defendant rolls up into the parking
lot of the annex building and gets out of his vehicle. The defendant then draws his gun and walks inside
of the building and then begins to shoot and kill an unarmed civilian that was minding their own
business. The defendant then walks out of the building and goes into his vehicle to presumably drive off
and flee the scene of the crime.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Supervisory
Special Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 3 months now. I’ve been
employed with the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the
investigative field for a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s
Internal Affairs. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the
probable cause to believe in the following:
On May 22nd, the State Bureau of Investigations received a complaint from the Department of Justice
and the tip said that the complainant was killed by the defendant and the complainant witnessed the same
defendant go into the annex building and kill an unarmed civilian in cold blood. On May 21st, the complainant
was at his friend’s home in Oakland and was minding his own business when he was murdered in his own home
by the defendant. The defendant is seen in the home without explicit permission from the complainant or the
complainant’s friend. The complainant stated when I interviewed him that he nor his friend let him into the
home. The complainant stated that this said individual often attacks him. In the second clip, the complainant is
seen at the annex building when the defendant pulls up to the annex building. The defendant is then seen getting
out of their vehicle and equipping a weapon and running into the annex and then shooting and killing an
unarmed civilian in the back. The defendant then is seen leaving the annex building in a hurry and then gets
into his car. The defendant then pauses for a quick couple of seconds before taking off and leaving the crime
scene.
I talked with the complainant and they gave me the basics, but I could not talk with the defendant, as
they ignored my DM about this whole situation. So, I moved on from talking with the defendant about the
situation.
APPENDIX OF EVIDENCE
Exhibit A - Clip showing the defendant in the complainants house and murdering him with a gun.
Exhibit B - Clip shows the defendant shooting and killing a civilian that was at the annex building.
Affiant declares under penalty of perjury that everything stated in this document is true and
