charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

The evidence provided in the complaint shows defendant imanoobsowhatlol intentionally using a Cline
911 to shoot the complainant multiple times, killing him. The defendant did these actions with malice
aforethought.
COUNT TWO - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
The evidence provided in the complaint shows defendant imanoobsowhatlol intentionally using a Cline
911 to shoot victim Ju_mpx multiple times, killing him. The defendant did these actions with malice
aforethought.
COUNT THREE - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

In Exhibit A, we can see that the defendant, imanoobsowhatlol, after breaking into the residence of the
complainant, murders the complainant, with intent.
COUNT FOUR - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE GRADE EQUIPMENT

In Exhibit A, we can see that the defendant is armed with a Stetson M2-A, which can only be used by law
enforcement legally. The Stetson M2-A is also an automatic rifle, making it illegal for civilians.

In Exhibit A, we can see that the defendant breaks the window of the house, then proceeds to run inside,
without permission from the owner of the residence..
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Special Agent BlackMrcow23, Ridgeway State Bureau of Investigations. I've been a law
enforcement officer in Ridgeway for around a year now. My career started in the Palmer Police
Department on the 20th of May, 2021. On 06/28/2021, I transferred from the Palmer Police to the
Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office, and I served for about 3-4 months in the Special Response Team. On
10/02/2021, I transferred to the Ridgeway State Police, and served in the Field Operations Bureau for
over 5 months as a Lieutenant. I was also in the Ridgeway Park Service for around 3 months as an
Investigator for Internal Affairs, but decided to resign after I lost interest in the department. Recently,
I've transferred to the State Bureau of Investigations. Before I got a LETC certification, I was a
Ridgeway County Transit Authority Bus Operator. I was also a Sergeant for the Ridgeway National
Guard Infantry. I am a graduate of LETC class 4, and currently a Senior Instructor in the institute, a
certified and experienced law enforcement officer and I have probable cause to believe that:
The Ridgeway State Police were notified on May 28th, 2022, that Defendant imanoobsowhatlol
and his accomplice, 0mgVibsz, had broken into a house and murdered two people. Following a
comprehensive investigation, the State Bureau of Investigations can authenticate the following
statements.
Initially, the complainant filed a complaint against the two defendants with the Department of
Justice. Exhibit A in the complaint was a five-minute video of the complainant's point of view. The
incident happened around 4:22. The incident begins when one of the victims asks that the complainant
open the front door. Following that, we hear a gunshot and a window cracking. The complainant
rushes outside to investigate and comes face to face with defendant imanoobsowhatlol, who is armed
with a Stetson M2-A. After shooting the window open, the defendant runs inside and murders the
victim. The complainant follows the defendant, and the defendant shoots the complainant as well.
When the complainant dies, the second defendant, 0mgVibsz, enters the picture. He also carries a
Stetson M2-A. Exhibit A does not show if 0mgVibsz killed the victim, but it does show that he
trespassed on the complainant's property. Exhibit A also does not show if imanoobsowhatlol kills the
victim.
The complainant, a Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant, and a member of the Ridgeway
State Senate was the first person interviewed. Prior to the incident, the complainant stated that he had
never met or interacted with the two defendants. The complainant states that whenever his bank
account hits $5,000, he purchases firearms and puts them in his vehicle for later sale. He sells firearms
as an individual, and not as a company. This time, he was selling firearms to raise money for his senate
campaign billboards. The complainant also states that they are willing to testify in court to obtain
compensation for the loss of a Stetson M1 during the incident.
The next person interviewed was yassen28, the victim and the person buying firearms.
According to yassen28, when he walked outside to put his newly purchased firearms in the back of his
car, he spotted the two defendants stalking him and the complainant. The victim informed the
complainant that the two defendants were outside of the house, and they tried to hide somewhere but
they were murdered before they could hide because the two defendants burst through the windows.
Prior to the incident, the victim claims he had interactions with the two defendants in which he killed a
member of their organization. According to the victim, they had a Kill On Sight order on their head,
therefore they had to kill their adversary before they killed him.
The final person interviewed was the second defendant, 0mgVibsz. According to 0mgVibsz, he
and his partner intended to kill yassen28, but the complainant, TaxesArentAwesome got in the way,
and so they killed him as well. The defendant claims that he previously had violent encounters with
the victim, yassen28, in which they simply shot at each other for fun. The defendant believes they had
a previous interaction with the complainant, TaxesArentAwesome, but they cannot recall what they
had discussed. We attempted to reach the main defendant, imanoobsowhatlol, but unfortunately they
did not respond within 24 hours of being contacted.

STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is xXBoomblast339Xx, and I am a Special Agent with the Ridgeway State Police State
Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed in the investigative field within Ridgeway for many
months now, starting with Internal Affairs at the Ridgeway Parks Service and the Ridgeway State Police.
I am a LETC class 7 graduate, and I am certified to be a peace officer in this state. I have probable cause
to believe:
On the 27th of May, the Department of Justice Tipline received a tip from complainant
destroyerjake1 regarding an incident occurring in front of the Palmer Car Dealership. The evidence,
Exhibit A shows the complainant pulling out their gun in preparation to defend themselves from the
defendant who both victims testify had been attacking them previously. The defendant exits his vehicle
and kills victim 2 and then kills the complainant.
After reviewing the evidence, on May 28th, I contacted the complainant, second victim and defendant
about the tipline report and I was able to retrieve more information on the clip’s context out of our
conversations. The complainant and second victim affirmed that they had been attacked previously by
the defendant. Additionally, the defendant stated in an interrogation that they had done the killing out of
boredom and agreed that it was planned and malicious and that it was a part of a gang faction war.
