Defendant
Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
The suspect is seen in Exhibit A, running up to the complainant and equipping an axe while running
towards the complainant The suspect is then seen swinging the axe and striking the complainant
multiple times. The defendant continues to strike the complainant a couple more times before killing the
complainant.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Special
Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about months now. I’ve been employed with
the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the investigative field for
a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s Internal Affairs. I’m a
LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe
in the following:
On May 15th, the State Bureau of Investigations received a complaint from the Department of Justice.
The clip shows the defendant striking the complainant multiple times and the clip shows that the complainant is
trying to physically get away from the defendant that is still swinging his axe towards the complainant. I spoke
with the complainant and they stated that this was the second time that the defendant had killed them with an
axe. The complainant stated that they started to record in case this happened again. The defendant then axes the
complainant and kills him. I asked if they had no other interaction with the individual and they stated “yes.”
They also said “yes” to my question that the attack was random.
I spoke with the defendant, but they didn’t give me straight answers and the defendant stated that they
did not remember any situation happening at Bloxmart because he stated “I go to Bloxmart frequently.” I then
showed him the evidence and the defendant still stated that they had no recollection of this situation ever
happening. I pressed the defendant and asked if that was him in the video or if it was someone else in the video,
the defendant then answered back that they had suspicions about the video and the video seems to be a bit
“off.” The defendant continues to state why the recording looks off and I ask him one more question, but the
defendant didn’t like the question and promptly wanted to end the interview.
APPENDIX OF EVIDENCE
Exhibit A - Clip showing the defendant swinging and striking the complainant multiple times until the
complainant is killed by the axe.
