Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
As shown in Exhibit A of the Appendix of Evidence, at approximately 0:23 in the video, the defendant
begins to start hacking a civilian with an axe, and does so continuously until the eventual death of the
civilian in question.
COUNT TWO - VOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
As shown in Exhibit A of the Appendix of Evidence, at approximately 0:13 in the video, the defendant
struck the civilian with an axe before the civilian fled and then returned to the defendant’s vehicle
leading the defendant to swing their axe continuously at the civilian until the civilian’s death.
COUNT THREE - ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
As shown in Exhibit A of the Appendix of Evidence, at approximately 0:11 in the video, the defendant
got out of their vehicle after being confronted by the civilian and then swung their axe at the civilian
causing injury before the civilian fled.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On May 2nd 2022, the defendant, Mr. mlssfire committed the horrendous crime of Second-Degree
Murder. Resident WithinCode was confronting the defendant over a possible murdering, when the
defendant used his axe to swing multiple times, successfully hitting Mr. WithinCode around six (6)
times before the Resident’s eventual death as a result of the damage from the axe swinged by the
defendant, the commission of this murder was legally unjustified, unethical, and blatantly a violation of
the Criminal Code.
A excerpt from the Ridgeway Criminal Code’s definition for Second-Degree Murder states the
following “The act of intentionally or knowingly causing death of an individual;...”, this definition very
clearly fits the acts committed by the defendant on that day.
