Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

The defendant made a plan which tricked a patrol officer into making themselves a vulnerable easy
target and consecutively murdered the patrol officer after having a clear shot.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is wyve_rns, I’m currently working in the State Bureau of Investigation as a
Probationary Special Agent. I’ve been employed with the Ridgeway State Police for 3 months
now, as I joined in February 2022. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace
Officer in this state. I have probable cause to believe in the following:
On May 11th, 2022, the defendant knowingly created a plan to execute a murder on a
patrol officer who was patrolling within the Palmer City Limits. The defendant had the patrol
officer go off-guard by telling them to pull over, faking that they (the defendant) needed
assistance. The defendant perceived himself as a friendly citizen in need unknownst to the patrol
officer. He then exited his vehicle while the patrol officer was still inside of his car and got into
position. The defendant then lined himself up for a clear shot, drew his gun, and shot at the
officer until they had died. It is said from questioning that the defendant is a hostile known
criminal and is one who does not care who he kills and how. The defendant brutally tricked a
helpful peace officer and murdered them after a plan was executed. These events are easily
provable through sufficient video evidence which is attached respectively.
