Defendant EmilioMarchetti failed in an attempt to take the lives of two Ridgeway Civilians.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
I am Special Agent BlackMrcow23, Ridgeway State Bureau of Investigations. I've been a law
enforcement officer in Ridgeway for about a year. My career started in the Palmer Police Department on the 20th
of May, 2021. On 06/28/2021, I transferred from the Palmer Police to the Ridgeway County Sheriff's Office, and I
served for about 3-4 months in the Special Response Team. On 10/02/2021, I transferred to the Ridgeway State
Police, and served in the Field Operations Bureau for over 5 months as a Lieutenant. Recently, I've transferred to
the State Bureau of Investigations. I am a graduate of LETC class 4, a certified law enforcement officer and I have
probable cause to believe that:
The State Bureau of Investigations was alerted on May 23rd, 2022, that Defendants EmilioMarchetti and
LeopoldHellerium had attempted murder on the complainant and another victim. After the original incident, in a
Defendant EmilioMarchetti was able to murder both the complaintant and the victim. After a comprehensive
investigation into this case, the State Bureau of Investigations can validate the following statements.
Initially, the complainant filed a complaint with the Department of Justice against both defendants, and
we were given Exhibit A, a video of the first incident. The complainant and victim can be seen in this video
riding in a Ridgeway News Network van near Palmer City Hall. The two defendants approach and jump out of a
purple cavela, while the van is yielding to the train. LeopardHellerium unholsters their Cline 911, and
EmilioMarchetti unslings their Stetson M1, and both defendants open fire on the Ridgeway News Network van.
In response to the bullets, Fartmilla, the driver of the Ridgeway News Network van, begins to pull to the right in
an attempt to provide cover for the complainant and herself. Fortunately, the complaint and victim were able to
escape with only minor bullet wounds and extensive vehicle damage. In a second complaint by the complainant,
we were provided Exhibit B, a video of the second incident, with just Defendant EmilioMarchetti. When the
video begins, we notice that the defendant makes a right in front of Palmer City Hall, then drives forward at high
speeds, striking the rear of the Ridgeway News Network van. After striking the van, the defendant immediately
leaps out of the purple cavela, and approaches the driver's side window with their Stetson M1. The defendant
hops onto the van's hood and murders the complainant first. While this was going on, the driver of the van leapt
out and tried to run, but the defendant killed them before they could find sufficient cover.
The first person to be interviewed was Sinznevermisses, the complaint and a Department of Justice
employee. According to the complainant, the two defendants had been following them for a long time before the
incident happened. The two defendants had previously murdered the complainant, but he was unable to obtain
evidence of this because he was off tab and AFK at the time of the incident. Next, we interviewed Fartmilla, the
witness, victim, and Ridgeway News Network employee. According to the witness, this was not their first
encounter with the two defendants. The witness states that usually only one of the two defendants shoot, so law
enforcement are unsure on who to pursue. According to the witness, the motive for these murders is to hijack the
Ridgeway News Network vehicle.
To summarize, in Exhibit A, the two defendants leap out of their vehicle and shoot at the complainant
and victim, but they manage to flee. In Exhibit B, defendant EmilioMarchetti, alone, manages to kill the
complainant and the victim with their Stetson M1.
