charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 8 - ATTEMPTED MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 25 MINUTES
The defendant struck victim Techiey several times causing serious bodily injury. The victim feared for his
life and ran, and was chased down by the defendant, continuing to attempt to strike the victim. The
victim was almost killed as a result of the defendant’s actions, as seen in Exhibit B.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 5b - AGGRAVATED BATTERY
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 20 MINUTES
The defendant used an axe to cause serious bodily injury to victim MatthewSandringham as seen in
Exhibit A.
COUNT ONE - 4 S.C.C § 7 - VANDALISM
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 10 MINUTES
It can clearly be seen that the defendant smashed the windows of the government annex, a public
building, utilizing an axe, in Exhibit A.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is wyve_rns, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigations as a Special Agent.
I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 2 weeks. I’ve been employed with the
Ridgeway State Police for 3 months, as I joined in February 2022. I’ve been in the investigative field for 2
weeks. I’m a LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable
cause to believe in the following:
On May 8th, 2022, defendant IiKilly entered the annex in the city of Palmer during a DOJ meetup and
committed aggravated assault, attempted murder, and vandalism. This can be proved through video evidence
which clearly shows the defendant committing all three crimes. Within Exhibit A, the defendant can be seen
utilizing an axe as a weapon to cause serious bodily injury to victim MatthewSandringham. He then flees by
once again using his axe to destroy a window. In this one video, both charges of aggravated battery and
vandalism are presented and it can obviously be observed that such crimes were committed by the defendant.
Moving onto another piece of video evidence, Exhibit B, the suspect is seen in the same building again. He goes
into the press room of the government annex building with victim Techiey following along. The defendant,
without warning, takes out his axe, and starts rapidly striking the victim. The victim, in fear for their life, starts
running away from the defendant, but the defendant begins to chase the victim. He (the defendant) then gives up
after realizing he will not be able to catch up. At that point, the victim could have been murdered if the
defendant was able to reach them. Thus, it was deemed reasonable that the defendant had committed attempted
murder seen in Exhibit B.
APPENDIX OF EVIDENCE
Exhibit A - Video evidence of the defendant committing vandalism by breaking a window and
aggravated battery by striking a victim with a deadly weapon.
Exhibit B - Video evidence of the defendant committing attempted murder by attempting to kill a victim
with a deadly weapon, striking them, and chasing them down.
Exhibit C - Photographic evidence to prove that the events occurred on May 8th, 2022.
