THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY
RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT
DANNLABS,
-against-
STANLEY_LABSON,
Defendant.
Case No. RSC-CV-421
CIVIL COMPLAINT
Presiding Judge: Hecxtro
Name, proceeding without counsel hereby brings this civil action and for their allegations
against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On the 5th of June, the defendant proceeded to post defamatory, fraudulent and libelous
statements regarding the upcoming “Furry Act” through the RidgeAd system, causing all
the billboards in the county to display these statements.
2. This is not the first time that Stanley_Labson has made false claims against myself and
published them, and I find that now taking him to court is the only viable option to have
him cease this behavior.
3. The statements made on the Defendant’s advertisement(s) have caused my reputation
serious harm as a public figure, having previously ruled against the Wildlife Act’s
furry-hunting clause.
VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in Ridgeway County,
which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Dannlabs is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Stanley_Labson is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. Fraud
b. Tortuous Interference
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $2,000 ingame currency.
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
