STATE OF RIDGEWAY SUPERIOR COURT FindKillRepeat Plaintiff, v. BetaTheWolfGamer Defendant. CIVIL COMPLAINT Docket No. RSC-CV-412 PARTIES 1. Mr. FindKillRepeat, the Plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. Mr. BetaTheWolfGamer, the Defendant, in his official capacity as a Deputy of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office. JURISDICTION 1. Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway State Constitution empowers this Court to hear “all civil or criminal cases or controversies”. ALLEGATIONS On or about the date of 11 April 2022; 1. Plaintiff was peacefully and civilly conducting his business as a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. 2. While standing outside near the Palmer Car Dealership, Plaintiff was approached by Defendant. 3. Plaintiff engaged in conversation with Defendant. 4. After engaging in conversation, Defendant allegedly assaults and batters Plaintiff with a baton. Plaintiff does not move and continues the conversation. 5. After being beaten to roughly half health, Defendant takes Plaintiff into custody. 6. Plaintiff is arrested by Defendant for “Failure to Comply.” 7. An investigation by the RCSO IA was conducted looking into Defendant’s actions taken against Plaintiff. 8. Allegations of violating the handbook were sustained by this investigation. The defendant is issued a 3-day suspension. TORTS IN QUESTION 1. 1 R. Stat. § 204 - False Imprisonment 2. 1 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault 3. 1 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff prays the Court finds Defendant liable for the aforementioned torts. 2. Plaintiff seeks monetary relief amounting to $7,500 in both redress and punitive damages and $125 in compensatory damages. a. $3,500 for 1 R. Stat. § 209 - False Imprisonment b. $1,500 for 1 R. Stat. § 203 - Assault c. $2,500 for 1 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery d. $125 for the Plaintiff’s legal fees, which includes both the filing fee. 3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief deemed appropriate by the Court that is not requested herein. EVIDENCE 1. Exhibit A - Defendant assaulted, hit, and falsely imprisoned Plaintiff. 2.
