On June 1st, 2022, Plaintiff DorkJacob was at the Sterling Gun Club, preparing to try out their new Westler shotgun. 2. After getting inside the Club and to the shooting range, Defendant warchad walked in and axed Plaintiff DorkJacob to death. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 3. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article IV, Section 7 of the Charter of Ridgeway County. 4. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 5. Plaintiff DorkJacob is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and principally resides at 6A Atlee Road, Palmer, Ridgeway. 6. Defendant warchad is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and is believed to principally reside within Sterling Heights, Ridgeway. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 8. Defendant warchad shot at and killed Plaintiff DorkJacob at the Sterling Gun Club on June 1st, 2022 at 3:51 PM Central Time without legal cause or justification, and thus wrongfully caused Plaintiff’s death. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Defendant wrongfully caused the death of Plaintiff; b. Award Plaintiff $1,000 in actual and punitive damages; c.
