No. RSC-CV-407 COMPLAINT falcon_2s, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby brings this civil action and alleges as follows– INTRODUCTION 1. On May 31st, 2022, Plaintiff falcon_2s, in his official capacity as a Ranger of the Ridgeway Park Service, was chasing Defendant JosephDeLaCruse in a yellow Tremor with license plate BLANK. 2. The chase ended at the Palmer Courthouse, where Falcon tactically walked into the Courthouse to find Joseph to apprehend him for evading him. 3. After finding him, Joseph killed Falcon with a police-grade assault rifle to resist apprehension. JURISDICTION AND VENUE 4. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to Article IV, Section 7 of the Charter of Ridgeway County. 5. Venue is proper in this Court because the incident took place within Ridgeway County. PARTIES 6. Plaintiff falcon_2s is a resident of the State of Ridgeway and principally resides in Milton, Ridgeway. 7. Defendant JosephDeLaCruse is a resident of the State of Ridgeway, and is believed to principally reside in Palmer, Ridgeway. Plaintiff repeats and realleges the allegations contained in all preceding paragraphs as if fully set forth herein. 9. Defendant JosephDeLaCruise shot at and killed Plaintiff falcon_2s at the Palmer Courthouse on or about May 31st, 2022 at 6:45 PM Central Time without legal cause or justification, and thus wrongfully caused the death of Falcon. PRAYER FOR RELIEF Wherefore, Plaintiff prays that the Court– a. Declare that Plaintiff was wrongfully killed by Defendant; b. Award Plaintiff $1,000 in actual and punitive damages; c.
