PARTIES
1. LuisAntonioSantiago, the plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway. At the time of the event
where the complaint took place, the plaintiff’s username was LouisJAnderson as seen in the
evidence.
2. Avixsz, the defendant, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway and an agent of the government,
serving in the capacity of Officer for the Palmer Police Department.
ALLEGATIONS
1. On May 14, 2022, the plaintiff is hanging around on a sidewalk when a tourist,
TrumpTheBuilder, approaches him.
2. As TrumpTheBuilder got closer, the plaintiff began to run away when TrumpTheBuilder pulled
out his axe and starts running after the plaintiff.
3. TrumpTheBuilder begins swinging the axe where the plaintiff pulls out his Cline 911 and shoots
at TrumpTheBuilder out of fear of his own life.
4. After the shots are fired, TrumpTheBuilder gets a hit on the plaintiff with his axe.
5. TrumpTheBuilder runs into a nearby building and gets on the second floor of said building.
6. The plaintiff is standing outside near the entrance TrumpTheBuilder took where
TrumpTheBuilder proceeded to break a window on the second floor.
7. TrumpTheBuilder jumps off the second floor, with axe still in hand, towards the plaintiff when
the plaintiff fires another shot and kills TrumpTheBuilder
8. The plaintiff shortly is detained by the defendant, with on-scene Ridgeway National Guard
Corporal CptNar (recently changed to Nar) and Sergeant First Class solarfram present.
9. The plaintiff was arrested for second-degree murder by Officer avixsz.
10. The plaintiff is justified in his self-defense under Section 2(i) of the Ridgeway Vehicular Assault
Act stating “Lethal force may only be exercised if the individual is actively assaulting/attempting
to assault the victim.”
11. TrumpTheBuilder was attempting to assault the plaintiff by chasing him with his axe equipped.
JURISDICTION
1. The jurisdiction of the Superior Court originates from Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway
State Constitution allowing the Superior Court to “exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and
criminal cases”.
2. The complaint took place in the City of Palmer, Ridgeway County.
TORTS
1. 5 R. Stat. § 313 - False Arrest
RELIEF
1. The plaintiff requests that the arrest aforementioned be expunged from his record.
