CIVIL COMPLAINT
PARTIES
1. PirateHookTail, the plaintiff, is a citizen of the State of Ridgeway who will be filing civil
litigation against the defendant on behalf of his alt account, Soy-Milkz.
2. Soy_Milkz, the plaintiff’s alt account, is a non-citizen of the State of Ridgeway and was the
victim of the tort in mention.
3. smashcans, the defendant, is in his official capacity as an agent of the government; Trooper for
the Ridgeway State Police.
ALLEGATIONS
1. On May 5, 2022, the plaintiff walked into the Palmer Police Department Headquarters unaware
of any event taking place at the building.
2. It is unknown what specific event was occurring at the Palmer Police Department at that
moment.
3. The plaintiff walked into the courtroom of the Palmer Police Department Headquarters where the
defendant approaches him requesting to search the plaintiff via the in-game function.
4. The plaintiff denies the search and runs out of the courtroom amidst shots being heard outside
the building.
5. The defendant overrides the consent of the plaintiff.
6. Subsection 2.1(b) of the Public Security Act states that “However, the individual must consent to
the search, if they refuse the search law enforcement may have the ability to restrict that
individual from entering the property of the event.”
7. The Public Security Act does not mention the authorized use of search overrides.
8. The defendant received a department strike from the Ridgeway State Police for his actions as a
result of an internal affairs investigation on May 17, 2022
JURISDICTION
1. The jurisdiction of the Superior Court originates from Article V, Section IV of the Ridgeway
State Constitution allowing the Superior Court to “exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and
criminal cases”.
2. The complaint took place in the City of Palmer, Ridgeway County.
TORTS
1. 5 R. Stat. § 314 - Civil Action for Systematic Rights Violation
RELIEF
1. The plaintiff requests that he receives a permanent restraining order against the government
prohibiting them from enacting this procedure.
