COUNT ONE - 3 R.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER

Count one of ‘First-Degree Murder’ is appropriate as the defendant murders the complainant in the
course of committing burglary.
COUNT TWO - 4 R.C.C § 01 - BURGLARY
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR

Count two of ‘Burglary’ is appropriate as the defendant illegally breaks into the house of the
complainant with the intent to commit a crime.
COUNT THREE - 5 R.C.C § 04 - BRANDISHING

Count three of ‘Brandishing’ is appropriate as the defendant draws and exhibits a firearm at the
complainant in a threatening manner.
COUNT FOUR - 3 R.C.C § 02b - AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Count four of ‘Aggravated Assault’ is appropriate as the defendant draws and exhibits a firearm at the
complainant and orders the complainant around.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is UnKnownHoooman, I am currently employed as a Special Agent within the Ridgeway State
Police’s State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed with the State Police since April 24th,
2022. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center. Based on personal
knowledge and evidence provided to the State Bureau of Investigations, I have probable cause to believe
the following:
On May 14th, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations received a tip with evidence of the defendant
committing crimes against the complainant. In the video in Exhibit A, the complainant can be seen
hiding inside the bathroom of their house before the defendant opens the door to the bathroom. The
defendant then orders the complainant to come out of the bathroom and holds them at gunpoint with a
Salvo and with another individual who is holding a Para 17. The defendant can then be seen saying
“searchwarrant” before another individual with a Stetson M1 comes into the house and fires multiple
shots at the complainant. Only one shot by the individual with the Stetson M1 hit the complainant, but
soon afterward, the defendant murders the complainant with their Salvo. Immediately after the murder,
all of the individuals who are alive and involved in the incident leave the house through the broken
window.
To investigate further, all of those who were involved in the incident and who had discords were
contacted. In the interview with the complainant, the complainant stated that he and his friend were
messing around outside of his house before two black vehicles pulled up to his house. They then ran into
the house before the defendant and the other individuals followed suit, which then leads to the incident
documented in Exhibit A. The complainant stated that they did not have any prior encounters with the
defendant and the other individuals and that this was their first conflict. A full transcript of the interview
with the complainant can be found in Exhibit B. It is also important to note that in the video in Exhibit
A, the defendant and his accomplices are decked out in all yellow. While conducting this investigation,
it was discovered that they were in a gang called the ‘Poopy Fart Gang’, but it has recently been
disbanded. In the interview with an individual who witnessed the events that unfolded, the witness stated
that the ‘Poopy Fart Gang’ has not been active for two weeks and that they have gone legal since. When
asked about the incident, the witness stated that the complainant shot at them with a Stetson M2A
previously and that they do not randomly kill, but they did not have evidence to support that claim. They
then quickly followed that up by saying they did not hear any plans to attack the complainant
beforehand and had no idea what happened until they went into the house and witnessed the crimes. A
full transcript of the interview with the witness can be found in Exhibit C. In the interview with the
defendant, the defendant first stated that the complainant was ramming into them with their vehicle
multiple times which is what led to the incident documented in Exhibit A, but they then quickly corrected
themselves saying that that was a different individual. They then admitted that it was a prank on the
complainant and that they murdered them “for the vine.” They then stated that it was not a planned
prank. A full transcript of the interview with the defendant can be found in Exhibit D.
Although the complainant does not own the house anymore and does not have any proof of previous
ownership of that house, while we do not see how the defendant enters the house, we do see how the
witness entered the house, which is through the broken window. And immediately after the murder, the
entire gang leaves the house through the broken window. In addition, the defendant can be seen saying,
“searchwarrant”, and one of the gang members can be seen saying, “DROP EVERYTHING IN UR
VAULT NOW.” If the defendant or one of the gang members owned the house, they would have gone
through the front door of the house instead of the window, and they wouldn’t have done a search warrant
on their own house. In addition, the defendant admitted to murdering the complainant and stated that
they “simply just randomly did it once we were at the location.” Therefore, I believe the defendant
should be charged with burglary, first-degree murder, brandishing, and aggravated assault.
