BACKGROUND
The State of Ridgeway filed a criminal information against Alpha0Aidan on May 29th, 2022, wherein
the defendant was charged with Second Degree Murder, Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade Equipment,
Attempt to Commit a Crime, and Government Vehicle Theft. The defendant appeared before the court following
the issuance of a criminal summons. However the defendant has since then left all Ridgeway discords and
seems to no longer be contactable by discord.
JUDGEMENT
State has filed a motion for nolle prosequi; it is their position that it is a waste of resources to pursue
action against a tourist who is no longer playing this game.
CONCLUSION
The criminal matter of State of Ridgeway v. Alpha-Aidan is dismissed without prejudice. The defendant
is therefore no longer subject to the charges brought against him and is discharged by this court.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
