STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is surfinpacific, and I am a Senior Special Agent with the Ridgeway State Police State
Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed in the investigative field within Ridgeway for over a
year now, starting with Internal Affairs at the Palmer Police Department. I have been employed within
nearly every agency’s Internal Affair division, and I have served as a member of the State Bureau of
Investigations for 5 months now. I am a LETC class 3 graduate, and I am certified to be a peace officer
in this state. I have probable cause to believe:
On May 1st, 2022, the Department of Justice tip line received a report from an on-duty police
officer, containing evidence showing three individuals using police grade equipment to kill multiple law
enforcement officers. In the film, identified as Exhibit A, the defendants are seen jumping out of a black
lancelot, and ambushing the two officers in the video. Early in the altercation, one officer died, followed
by the complainant towards the end of the film. Based on the information seen in the evidence, it is clear
that the defendants acted maliciously towards law enforcement officers with the sole intent of killing
them. The law enforcement officers attempted to, but ultimately were unsuccessful at stopping the
defendants in their act.
On May 8th, 2022, I contacted one of the defendants as well as the complainant to understand
the situation. After Mirandizing the defendant, I was met with no level of remorse, and a rather generic,
and bland tone that appeared to be non-remorseful about the situation. After conducting this interview, I
interviewed the complainant, and learned that there were no previous altercations with the suspects.
Based on these findings, I have reason to believe that the defendants were knowingly planning to
ambush the officers. Without any level of regret, it is no surprise that there was a malice intention and
forethought.
