charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 5 R.C.C § 07 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE-GRADE EQUIPMENT

Count one of ‘Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade Equipment’ is appropriate as the defendant is in
possession of a Stetson M2A in Exhibit A.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is UnKnownHoooman, I am currently employed as a Trooper within the Ridgeway State
Police. I have been employed with the State Police since April 24th, 2022. I am a certified peace officer
by the Law Enforcement Training Center. Based on personal knowledge and evidence provided to the
State Bureau of Investigations, I have probable cause to believe the following:
On May 14th, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations received a tip that the defendant was possibly
engaging in illegal activities. The complainant accused the defendant of being in possession of illegal
firearms, distributing illegal firearms, and conspiracy to commit a crime. Although the tip submitted did
not include any evidence or proof, after interviewing the complainant, they were able to refer me to a
witness. During the interview with the witness, the witness was able to provide one piece of evidence of
the defendant being in possession of a Stetson M2A, a police-grade firearm that is illegal for the
defendant to be in possession of. The witness was unable to provide any other pieces of evidence to
prove the other charges the complainant accused the defendant of. In the clip in Exhibit A, the defendant
can be clearly seen with a Stetson M2A on their back. The defendant can then be seen putting the
Stetson M2A into the trunk of their grey lancelot. Therefore, I believe the defendant should be charged
with Unlawful Possession of Police-Grade Equipment.
