PROBATION ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant is placed on probation for a period of
THREE MONTHS, expiring THUR JAN 26 2022 11:59 PM EST pursuant to 1 R. Stat. §
139. During this period of time, the defendant is ordered to comply with the following
conditions:
1. Report every five (5) days to their assigned probation officer pursuant to 1 R. Stat.
§ 141.
2. Comply with all searches of their houses, persons, vehicles, and other belongings
with reasonable suspicion pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 145.
3. Comply with all randomized searches of their house, persons, vehicles, or other
belongings pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 146.
4. Not possess, display, brandish, discharge, or otherwise have on their person ANY
weapon including firearms, or items whose sole purpose is to inflict harm.
5. Identify yourself as a person on probation, if asked by an law enforcement officer
pursuant to 1 R. Stat. § 147.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the defendant is sentenced to (105) minutes in prison
and is ordered to make himself available to the Sheriff as soon as possible to serve his sentence
at the Ridgeway County Jail.
