charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
As seen in Exhibit A (Can be found below), the defendant is first seen shooting and killing Deputy
SpangTheSocialist. As the Criminal Code states, “The act of committing murder in the course of
committing or attempting to commit kidnapping, burglary, robbery, arson, obstruction or retaliation; or
of committing murder of a peace officer discharging a lawful and official duty, with the knowledge of the
person being a peace officer; or of committing murder with malice aforethought.”. Deputy
SpangTheSocialist was carrying out his duty as an official peace officer while protecting the business of
Matrix_oc.
COUNT TWO - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
As seen in Exhibit A, after killing Deputy SpangTheSocialist, the suspect then kills Ontario_RBLX, a
civilian.
COUNT THREE - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

As seen in Exhibit A, after killing 2 people, one being a deputy and one being a civilian, the defendant is
then seen killing one final person W_15K, who is also a civilian
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
On March 30th, 2022, at 8:03 PM EST, defendant ConstanzoAguilera is seen going behind the
house of business owner Matrix_oc and shooting, killing 3 people in the process.
As seen in the evidence posted below, the defendant is first seen behind the house of business
owner Matrix_oc, as stated above. The defendant then goes on to shoot and kill 3 people. First targeting
Deputy SpangTheSocialist, then killing Ontario_RBLX, and finally killing W_15K before being shot and
killed by law enforcement personnel.
It is stated that under the Criminal Code, committing murder on a peace officer who is actively
discharged the duties that are expected of a deputy, knowingly, then that person is guilty of murder. It
can be taken away that the defendant had stopped behind the house, looked at his surroundings, and
aimed for the deputy. The intent of the defendant may have not been to kill the other victims of the
shooting, but it can be taken that he still had the intent and planned to do this strategically taking cover
behind the house.
On May 3rd, 2022, multiple eye-witnesses were contacted about what they saw on the day of the
shooting. Although the defendant's username is not explicitly visual due to the low quality of the video,
you can see later on in the video the defendant being killed by law enforcement officers, and their
username popping up on the bottom right of the screen shortly after the shooting, and after officers
engaged with the defendant. Based on the statements, evidence, etc. it can be taken away that the
defendant is guilty of one count of First-Degree Murder and two counts of Second-Degree Murder.
