Defendant
Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - SECOND DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
The evidence provided in the complaint shows defendant Seal_love intentionally using a Cline 911 to
shoot the complainant multiple times, killing him. The defendant did these actions without provocation
and was clearly not acting in self defense.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is xXBoomblast339Xx, and I am a Probationary Agent with the Ridgeway State Police
State Bureau of Investigations. I have been employed in the investigative field within Ridgeway for
many months now, starting with Internal Affairs at the Ridgeway Parks Service and the Ridgeway State
Police. I am a LETC class 7 graduate, and I am certified to be a peace officer in this state. I have
probable cause to believe:
On the 2nd of May, the Department of Justice Tipline received a tip from complainant
MatthewSandringham regarding an incident occurring in front of the Palmer Car Dealership. The
evidence, Exhibit A shows the complainant defending themself from a seemingly unrelated attacker who
was using an axe. In the evidence, the defendant is seen driving at speed through the dealership parking
lot as the complainant is still fending off the axe attacker. The defendant then stops their vehicle out of
view and opens fire on the complainant before pausing to reload and then ultimately shoots the
complainant again, killing the complainant. The video then ends with the defendant fleeing the scene.
After reviewing the evidence, on May 8th, I contacted the complainant about the tipline report and I was
able to retrieve more information on the clip’s context out of our conversation. The complainant
affirmed that they were defending themself from the attacker wielding an axe who was hitting the
complainant and the complainant’s vehicle prior to the beginning of the recording. Additionally, the
complainant affirmed that they had not had any relevant run-ins with seal_love that would have possibly
provoked this murder.
On May 8th, I contacted the defendant with the intent to hear their testimony, but did not get a
response after a reasonable amount of time and concluded the investigation without questioning the
defendant.

Exhibit A - Clip that shows the defendant killing the victim, from the victim’s POV.
