ORDER AND JUDGMENT
On May 31st 2022 the attorney for the defendant filed a motion to dismiss asserting that the case should
be dismissed due to the prosecution’s failure to produce evidence during or even participate in discovery.
OPINION
It is of the court's opinion that the prosecution has failed to make any significant effort to make this a
speedy trial, as the last time they participated in this case was on the 18th of May 2022, where they produced
the criminal information. After receiving plenty of time to respond to the defense, they still failed to respond.
CONCLUSION
Therefore the case will be DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
