BACKGROUND
On May 5th, 2022, the defendant is shown to exit a vehicle in the Oakland neighborhood and participating in an
attack on TaxesArentAwesome, a Sheri Deputy with RCSO. Evidence entered in the prosecution’s Criminal
Information clearly depicts the defendant pulling out a Cline 1911 and assisting a shooter, known as Quietous.
CHARGES LAID
The state has presented the following charges to the court:
1) 6 S.C.C § 04 - AIDING AND ABETTING
RULING
With testimony presented at trial, I find that Mr. DraconicLaw is without a reasonable doubt, guilty of the Aiding
and Abetting charge presented by the state. The defendant shall be sentenced to 15 minutes in the county jail,
pursuant to the request made by the State.
