DOCKET NO. RSC-CM-350
CRIMINAL INFORMATION
Plaintiff
v.
INFINITYTURTLEXD
Defendant
Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
The suspect is seen in the clip telling the complainant if that he’s interested in Tom’s Takeout Restaurant.
The complainant happily agrees, as no one would ask questions if they wanted to test it out because it’s a
new addition. The complainant pulls into the parking lot of Tom’s Takeout and orders with the defendant.
The defendant lures the complainant into the back and pretends to be an employee and then pretends to
cut sushi. The defendant then strikes the complainant several times and the complainant runs for his life
and the defendant follows him until he kills him at the front door. The defendant is seen leaving the scene
after they killed the complainant.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Special
Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 2 months now. I’ve been employed with
the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the investigative field for
a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s Internal Affairs. I’m a
LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe
in the following:
On May 1st, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations received a case from the Department of Justice.
The clip shows the murder of a member of the public with an axe. The clip starts off with the complainant
stopped at the light and the defendant pulls alongside the complainant and asks if they want to try out the new
restaurant. The complainant agrees because they suspected nothing and they suspect that it was a friendly
inviting to try out the new restaurant. The defendant is seen behind the counter to take the order of the
complainant and he does and lures the unsuspecting complainant to the back. The suspect pretends to cut up
sushi with his axe and he keeps swinging. A couple of seconds later, the defendant runs toward the complainant
and strikes him several times. The complainant saw the danger and tried to run out of the restaurant, but was
blocked by a civilian that was unrelated and probably didn’t know what was going on. The complainant was
struck several more times before being killed at the front door of the restaurant. The defendant is seen in the clip
getting into his car and driving off and away from the scene.
On May 1st, 2022, I contacted the complainant to get further details on this case. The complainant ran
down the situation and I asked if they had any prior communication and the complainant had no prior
communication with the defendant. The complainant had thought this might’ve been an old NUSA friend, as the
complainant had stated they had several people come up to him in the same way during his time in-game. I
asked if the defendant had come back, but the complainant stated that they had not come back.
