STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is e_lzu, I am currently employed as a Detective within the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office’s
Criminal Investigations Division. I have been employed within the Sheriff’s Office since December 25th,
2020. I am a certified peace officer by the Law Enforcement Training Center and a licensed attorney
within Ridgeway County. Based on evidence and statements provided to the Criminal Investigations
Division, I have probable cause to believe the following:
On April 12nd, 2022, Corporal Caxk of the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office submitted a criminal
investigation tipline. Corporal Caxk has been employed in the Sheriff’s Office since 04/24/2021 and is
currently a part of the Corrections and Court Services division. With the tipline, Corporal Caxk
submitted four video clips in which the defendant can be seen brutally murdering and attempting to
murder the Corporal and other peace officers, as well as killing one detainee. In all of the incidents, the
defendant was using a Stetson M2-A, which is classified as a police-grade weapon. Furthermore, all of
the peace officers involved in these shootings have been uniformed and easily identifiable as peace
officers. All of the incidents took place on April 12nd, 2022, in a time frame of less than an hour.
The first incident happened at 12:24 PM EDT. Corporal Caxk had been chasing a black Cavela and she
had finally stopped the vehicle by the Sterling Gas Station and Faris’ Fresh Fades, as seen in Exhibit A.
Corporal Caxk successfully pulls the driver out of the black Cavela and places handcuffs on them. The
Corporal drags the detainee and places them into a patrol vehicle. However, at that very moment, it can
be seen in the recording how the defendant parks a blue Cavela in the middle of the street and
immediately jumps out with a Stetson M2-A drawn. Corporal Caxk gets in the driver seat of her vehicle
when the defendant opens automatic fire at the detainee in the back of the Corporal’s patrol vehicle,
immediately killing them. Corporal Caxk then gets out and opens fire on the defendant with their Stetson
M2-A, however, the defendant shoots back, killing Corporal Caxk.
The second incident happened just four minutes after the first one at 12:28 PM, seen in Exhibit B.
Corporal Caxk was responding to Palmer when a black Cavela approached her from the opposite
direction. The defendant was actively shooting at Corporal Caxk’s patrol vehicle from the black Cavela,
so the Corporal decided to drive in front of the vehicle to stop it. At that very moment, the black Cavela
was blown up as a result of shots fired by units responding from the direction of Palmer. Due to game
mechanics, both the defendant and the driver were thrown out of the vehicle, and for a brief second, they
were ragdolled on the ground. Corporal Caxk used this opportunity to tase and cuff the defendant but
failed in that attempt. The defendant got up and immediately opened fire at the Corporal with a Stetson
M2-A, killing her. The defendant did not stop there, but after reloading their firearm, they continued to
open fire at two officers who had stopped their vehicle near the small bridge. The defendant can be seen
in the recording taking cover behind Corporal Caxk’s patrol vehicle and using automatic fire to shoot at
the officers who were running towards the defendant on the road. However, the two officers are able to
neutralize the defendant.
The third incident took place within the borders of the Ridgeway National Guard Headquarters at 12:39
PM. Corporal Caxk was responding, along with other law enforcement units, to the headquarters,
because Military Police had requested assistance in subduing a suspect within the so-called “Silo”. The
suspect later turned out to be the defendant in this case. In Exhibit C, Corporal Caxk can be seen
entering an underground tunnel that leads to the Silo, along with State Trooper xero_c. Sheriff’s Deputy
Ericthe_legendary is also with them. As the three peace officers make entry into the tunnel, they
continue to swim towards the Silo. Suddenly, the defendant’s username and health bar appear in the
distance, and right after shots begin to be fired in the direction of the peace officers. Corporal Caxk and
State Trooper xero_c are killed immediately, and Sheriff’s Deputy Ericthe_legendary is killed soon after.
At the end of the recording, it can be confirmed that the defendant was, once again, using a Stetson
M2-A. The tunnels are located within the Military Exclusion Zone, and it is unlawful to enter the area.
The fourth and last incident happened at 1:09 PM. At the Sterling Car Dealership, Corporal Caxk had
made a contact with the defendant, who had a BOLO at the time, as seen in Exhibit D. “BOLO” is a law
enforcement term used to refer to a suspect or a vehicle that law enforcement is looking for. The
defendant was in a brownish Lancaster and Corporal Caxk attempted to pull them out because she had
also observed the defendant being in possession of a Stetson M2-A. The defendant eventually gets out by
themselves but gets back in the backseat of the vehicle. Corporal Caxk and the defendant talk about the
new life rule, but the Corporal soon makes the decision to pull the suspect out of the vehicle. At that
moment, the defendant draws the Stetson M2-A and opens fire, immediately killing Corporal Caxk. The
defendant then gets back in the front seat of their vehicle, reloads the firearm, and continues to shoot at
Palmer Police Officer Reeseman063 who had just arrived on the scene. The defendant manages to land
a few shots on Officer Reeseman063, however, the officer and a Military Police unit who had also just
arrived on the scene are able to neutralize the defendant.
As a result of the evidence submitted, the Criminal Investigations Division drafted a search warrant
application in order to seize the unlawful weaponry the defendant has in their possession. The
application was eventually signed by a Judge, however, the defendant was not caught and the search
warrant wasn’t executed. I personally interviewed Corporal Caxk on two different occasions, first on
April 16th, 2022 (Exhibit E) to gain information for the search warrant application, and for the second
time on May 2nd, 2022 (Exhibits F and G). The information and evidence presented in this statement
have been gathered by myself, former Detective UnKnownHoooman, and Corporal Caxk who submitted
the original tipline to the Criminal Investigations Division.
