Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 6 S.C.C § 4 - AIDING AND ABETTING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 15 MINUTES
The clip starts off with the defendant and a co-conspirator pulling handguns on a TA Bus Operator near
the National Guard base. The defendant aided the commission of this offense through his participation
in the use of force and threatening with a deadly weapon. The co-conspirator starts to count down from
9 and keeps on counting until they get to 0. When the co-conspirator gets to the number 0, he shoots the
TA Bus Operator with the gun. Then the defendant goes over the body and tramples over it.
COUNT TWO - 5 S.C.C § 4 - BRANDISHING
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 15 MINUTES
The defendant pulled out his sidearm with no legal authority to do so while in the commission of a crime
in order to intimidate the TA bus operator in coordination with his co-conspirator without cause and the
intention of threatening him into submission.
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 2 - ASSAULT
OFFENSE TYPE - MISDEMEANOR
MAX SENTENCE - 5 MINUTES
Defendant unlawfully presents his firearm and points it at the bus operator who was no threat to him
and had no authority to do so under the law, with the intention of intimidating him.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Special
Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 2 months now. I’ve been employed with
the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the investigative field for
a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s Internal Affairs. I’m a
LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe
in the following:
On the 1st of May, the State Bureau of Investigations received a case from the Department of Justice. I
took the case when it came up. In the first seconds of the clip, it shows a TA Bus Operator out of his Bus and
with damaged windows on his bus. There were 2 civilians that were pointing guns at the said TA Bus Operator.
The main defendant is shown in the clip to be counting down from 10 presumably, as the clip only shows him
starting from the number nine (9). The TA Bus Operator pleas with the suspects not to kill him, but the suspect
does not listen and continues to count down. The suspect finally reaches the number zero (0) and the suspect
then fires 3 shots at the TA Bus Operator and kills him in cold blood. The 2nd suspect then runs over to the
fallen TA Bus Operator in what is presumably to find ammunition or money that the complainant has dropped
upon their death.
On the 1st of May, I contacted the complainant about the situation and I got their side of the story. I
asked what happened after the clip had started and the complainant had stated that they were trying to steal his
bus, so that’s why they had their weapons out, but the TA Bus Operator wasn’t going to let that happen. So, out
of fear for his life he exited the Bus because he stated to me that if he drove off with the bus they would come for
him and shoot him anyways. I asked them about the 2nd suspect in the video to get a better understanding of
what they did in the whole situation, but I didn’t come up with anything. The complainant did say that the 2nd
person at the incident did shoot his window out, but they had no evidence of that happening.
