IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY:
The GRAND JURY, for the County of Ridgeway, State of Ridgeway, duly selected, empanelled, sworn, charged,
and organized as such at the APRIL Term, AD, 2022, of the Ridgeway Superior Court, upon their oaths present in
and to said Court at said term that WARCHAD hereinafter styled Defendant, be hereby charged as follows.
COUNT 1
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE-GRADE EQUIPMENT
R. C. C. § 5.07 / FELONY
On or around April 18, 2022, The DEFENDANT was in possession of a Stetson M2 which the
defendant used to shoot and kill another person.
COUNT 2
UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM
R. C. C. § 5.05 / MISDEMEANOR
On or around April 18th 2022, the DEFENDANT unlawfully discharged their firearm within
Sterling city limits.
AGAINST THE PEACE AND DIGNITY OF THE STATE.
