Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant shooting and killing the complainant, as the complainant is buying a
gun at Sterling Gun Club.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, it shows the defendant shooting and killing an innocent bystander in the Sterling Gun Club.
The bystander wasn’t doing anything and was just shot and killed for either fun or was trying to get rid
of a witness.

In Exhibit B, the clip starts off with the defendant's supposed friend attacking the complainant with an
axe. The defendant's friend axes him several more and then the defendant is seen shooting and killing
the complainant yet again with a Para 17.

In Exhibit C, the clip starts off with the complainant walking by PPD and a car with the defendant and
the defendant’s friend in the vehicle. The defendant’s friend jumps out of the car and follows the
complainant to PCD and starts to strike him with the axe. The defendant’s friend kills the complainant
and a tourist hops out of his car and tries to kill the defendant’s friend. The defendant then jumps out of
his car and shoots and kills the tourist.
COUNT FIVE - 5 S.C.C § 07 - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE-GRADE EQUIPMENT

In Exhibit A, Exhibit B, and Exhibit C it shows that the defendant is using a Para 17 to carry out the
murders. The suspect isn’t in any Law Enforcement Agency and has obtained the Para 17 illegally.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Special
Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 2 months now. I’ve been employed with
the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the investigative field for
a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s Internal Affairs. I’m a
LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe
in the following:
On May 3rd, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations was given this case to investigate the defendant.
The original clip starts off with the complainant in Sterling Gun Club minding their business and buying a gun
and then a couple of seconds later the defendant walks in. The defendant pulls out a Para 17 and shoots and
kills the complainant with it. The defendant is then seen shooting and killing the bystander that was in Sterling
Gun Club. The bystander wasn’t doing anything, but the defendant shot and killed them anyway. The defendant
is seen killing them both with an illegal Para 17.
When I interviewed the complainant, I got more than I was expecting to get from them. I got two more
pieces of evidence from them that show the defendant killing the complainant one more time and then shooting
and killing a tourist that was shooting at the defendant’s friend after they had killed the complainant with an
axe. In the complainant’s interview, I asked them about the situation and I asked them to run down the situation
and the complainant did. The complainant was coming back from a shift on SPS and was killed by the
defendant, but doesn’t have evidence of this. The complainant wanted to get a new firearm and ammunition for
the said firearm, but the defendant had tracked the complainant down and then shot and killed him and an
innocent bystander in the Sterling Gun Club. I asked them if they had any more encounters with the said
individual and the complainant said they did. The complainant then forwarded me two more pieces of evidence
that show him committing more crimes. That was about it for the complainant’s interview because I had
received more than enough evidence of the defendant committing these crimes.
I tried to interview the defendant, but they were very troublesome and they were dodging the questions
that I asked them. The defendant states that it wasn’t them in the evidence and he was “edited” into the
evidence to make it look like it was him.

Exhibit A - Clip showing the defendant shooting and killing two people inside of Sterling Gun Club.
Exhibit B - Clip showing the defendant shooting and killing the complainant at a later time at the RNG
Recruitment office.
Exhibit C - Clip showing the defendant shooting and killing a Tourist with a gun that was shooting at the
defendant's friend after he had killed the complainant.
Affiant declares under penalty of perjury that everything stated in this document is true and
