The State Motions for Leave to Amend the Criminal Information in the case of the
State v. Quietous. The State did not acknowledge further charges in which the Defendant may
be guilty of, thus wish to amend the information to charge the Defendant with four more
charges.
Due to the fact the Defendant has not been arraigned as of yet, this motion should be
accepted.
