charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - 3 S.C.C § 09 - FIRST-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY

The defendant in Exhibit A is seen driving in Oakland Neighborhood and then a couple of seconds later
parks his vehicle near the Deputy. The defendant gets out of his vehicle and pulls out a shotgun and
shoots and kills the Deputy with one bullet.
COUNT TWO - 3 S.C.C § 10 - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 30 MINUTES
In Exhibit A, at the end of the clip, you can see the defendant killing a bystander(LouisJAnderson) that
was armed with a shotgun. The bystander did not threaten the defendant with any unlawful use of force
and the defendant merely killed him to destroy any threat posed by him to his criminal actions.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Rainy_54, I’m currently employed in the State Bureau of Investigation as a Senior Special
Agent. I’ve been employed in the State Bureau of Investigation for about 2 months now. I’ve been employed with
the Ridgeway State Police for almost a year now, as I joined in June 2021. I’ve been in the investigative field for
a couple of months now. I was formerly employed in the Palmer Police Department’s Internal Affairs. I’m a
LETC Class 3 graduate and I’m certified to be a Peace Officer in this state. I have the probable cause to believe
in the following:
On May 5th, 2022, the State Bureau of Investigations was given this case to investigate the defendant.
The original clip starts off with the complainant in Oakland Neighborhood and was talking with a few
individuals on the sidewalk. The clip continues to play out and then almost at the end of the clip, the defendant
is seen driving up beside the complainant and parking the vehicle. The defendant then jumps out of the car and
has a shotgun equipped and shoots the Deputy with one bullet and kills him. The defendant then goes on to
shoot a bystander and kills him. The bystander was in possession of a shotgun and posed no threat to the
defendant, but the defendant was probably wanting to neutralize any threats that would disrupt his killings. The
clip ends with nothing else happening.
I spoke with the complainant and I asked various questions, the complainant had stated that they had no
previous interactions with the defendant. I asked if they had any more interactions with the individual, but they
said the same thing that they said for any previous interactions before the incident had occurred. The main
defendant wasn’t in any Ridgeway-related discords, so I couldn’t ask them any questions pertaining to the
situation that was on hand. But, I did reach out to the other individual and he was in the Ridgeway discord. I
asked him about the situation and I asked them why they shot the bystander that was sitting on the sidewalk and
he stated: “i shot him twice cause i thought he was gonna start shooting.” I then contacted the witness that was
sitting on the sidewalk to ask him if they did accept DraconicLaw’s apology. The witness said yes, so I moved on
from that.

Exhibit A - Clip showing the defendant shooting and killing an on-duty Deputy with a shotgun and then
killing a bystander with a shotgun as well.
