SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This settlement agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by RidgewayFarming_Alt
(hereinafter“Plaintiff”) and YouFoundSeal (hereinafter “Defendant”);
WHEREAS, a dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the actions made by
RidgewayFarming_Alt; and the Plaintiff has complained of damages regarding the incident; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to resolve the dispute; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
a. The defendant agrees to write an apology letter of 150 words submited within 48h of the
settlement finalization. In the letter the defendant for his actions which must explain why he’s
sorry and why he wont do it again.
b. The Plaintiff agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice if the conditions from the defendant are
fulfilled.
This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties each
represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
