CIVIL COMPLAINT
STATEMENT OF FACTS
Plaintiff alleges:
1. On the 5th of May 2022 at approximately 21:30 EST , the defendant illegally went into the driver
seat of his vehicle.
2. As the plaintiff was attempting to re-gain entry of his vehicle which he was the rightful owner off
jumped in the different seats of his vehicle.
3. As he attempted to regain possession of his vehicle the plaintiff shouted over VC to the
defendant to get out of the vehicle.
4. The Defendant said that he was helping an officer in distress and started to laugh until the
plaintiff was placed into custody.
5. After the plaintiff was placed in custody at the back of the trooper vehicle the defendant said
“good samaritan act” over voice chat.
ALLEGATIONS
The tort of Trespassing (5 R. Stat. § 201) is defined as “Any individual who unlawfully enters
the land of another individual without lawful excuse is trespassing and shall be liable for punitive
damages”. Defendant in this matter knowingly and intentionally deceived Plaintiff causing him to be
deprived access of his vehicle to which he was the rightful owner of. Defendant did this by intentionally
entering the private propriety of the plaintiff and impeding him from getting in the driver's seat thus
entitling him to up compensation.
The tort of Trover (5 R. Stat. § 213) is defined as “Any individual who wrongfully takes
another's propriety without legal reason or justification is trover and shall be liable up to compensatory
damages.”. Defendant in this matter knowingly and intentionally deceived Plaintiff causing him to be
deprived access of his vehicle to which he was the rightful owner of. Defendant did this by intentionally
entering the private propriety of the plaintiff and impeding him from getting in the driver seat de-facto
taking his propriety thus entitling him to up compensation.
JURISDICTION
1. The jurisdiction of the Court originates from Art. V, Sec. IV which states “There shall bea
Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or
controversies…”
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for trespassing be a 300 words letter of apology.
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for trover be 200 words letter of regret.
3. Plaintiff also seeks any additional relief as deemed appropriate by the Court that is not requested
herein.
