SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This settlement agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into by Tomskipetski5 (hereinafter
“Plaintiff”) and Kaz_Division (hereinafter “Defendant”);
WHEREAS, a dispute has arisen between the parties regarding the actions made by Kaz_Division;
and the Plaintiff has complained of damages regarding the incident; and
WHEREAS, the Parties have agreed to resolve the dispute; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants, and conditions
contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
a. The Plaintiff agrees to the sum of One-Thousand-Five-Hundred Dollars ($1500) in full
satisfaction of all claims filed against the defendant in the case RSC-CV-337 in the Ridgeway
Superior Court.
b. The Defendant agrees to pay the sum of One-Thousand-Five-Hundred Dollars ($1500) when the
settlement agreement is finalized and signed, the payment is to occur by set date: 13th of May,
2022 (10 PM EST).
c. The Plaintiff agrees to dismiss the case with prejudice if the conditions from the defendant are
fulfilled.
This Agreement is legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. The Parties each
represent that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
