CIVIL COMPLAINT
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
Plaintiff alleges:
1. On the 2022/05/04 at approximetaly 18:02 PM EST Kaz_Division assaulted me with a boxing
glove.
2. After hitting me once he did it again only a few seconds after at that point I took out my own
glove in order to defend myself but he backed off.
3. Finally he went toward the parked vehicles and fired in my direction not direcly hitting me.
JURISDICTION
1. The jurisdiction of the Court originates from Art. V, Sec. IV which states “There shall bea
Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or
controversies…”
TORTS
1. Plaintiff prays the Court find the Defendant liable for the tortious action of battery , see 5 R. Stat.
Sec. 202
a. The individual without my consent brought harmfull by hitting me with a bloxing glove twice
causing me to be injured.
2. Plaintiff prays the Court find the Defendant liable for the tortious action of assault , see 5 R. Stat.
Sec. 203
3. The defendant intentionally and voluntarily discharged her firearm at myself without any legal
justification and also punched me twice with a boxing glove.
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for battery be $1000 in punitive damages
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for assault be $500 in punitive damages
