Re: Hitherwguys v. Khazain, No. RSC-CV-332 (2022)
To whom it may concern,
I am DorkJacob, and I was privately retained by Defendant Khazain in the
above-entitled action to give legal advice to them about their rights in the
above-entitled action. I have also been retained by Mr. Khazain to represent him in
Khazain v. Clifford2, No. RSC-CV-360 (2022), which is claim for administrative
review to challenge the Attorney General’s unlawful award of monetary damages
in the Hitherwguys action.
I write to address the legal advice that I have given to Mr. Khazain in order
to avoid the appearance of impropriety and to assure the Court that me and my
client are strictly following the law and the Rules of Professional Conduct.
I have advised Mr. Khazain to not pay the fine/award of $3,000 in the
Hitherwguys action pending the outcome of the Clifford2 action, which I believe
will result in either a temporary restraining order (TRO) or preliminary injunction
will be issued by the Clifford2 Court. In my legal opinion, there is more than
enough grounds for the issuance of a TRO or preliminary injunction. If the
Clifford2 Court does not act by tomorrow, May 14th, 2022 at 8:00 PM Central
Time, my client intends to request that the Supreme Court issue temporary
injunctive relief to allow the Clifford2 Court time to make a well-informed and
- 1 -
balanced decision on either a TRO or our current Renewed Motion for a
Preliminary Injunction.
We anticipate that the Supreme Court will act swiftly on our application if
we have to go that route. If the Supreme Court denies relief, we are prepared to pay
the $3,000 as the Court directs1 and will use the Clifford2 action as a vehicle to sue
Hitherwguys for that money back, but we will respectfully request that the Court
keep the Hitherwguys action active to protect my client’s rights to challenge the
award.2
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Ridgeway Bar No. 17135
2 As expressed in the Clifford2 action, the challenge to the award is not based on the
merits, as that is otherwise unappealable. The challenge to the award is based on the unlawful
award of monetary damages, and seeing as the meditation award was issued by the Attorney
General, that is “agency action” within the meaning of the Administrative Review Statute.
1 My client would appreciate clear and binding instructions from the Court on how to pay
the award as there has been conflicting information from the Court and counsel for Hitherwguys.
