Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - SECOND-DEGREE MURDER
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 35 MINUTES
The Second-Degree Murder charge applies to the Defendant as he intentionally killed Mr.
Turntable5000 with a Cline 911 as seen in Exhibit A.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
As seen in Exhibit A, the recorder is seen walking into Bloxmart where he was then axed by Resident
Baggyplums. In defense, turntable5000 runs out of the store where he is chased by a mob of people that
have formed. Among the mob, Goodbugggatti pulls his Cline 911 and reloads it as the recorder runs out
of the store. While the crowd of people was chasing turntable5000, goodbugggatti began firing at
turntable5000, and eventually murdered him.
After the Department of Justice received the tip, the case was investigated by Special Agent V_15K. The
Agent contacted multiple witnesses to gain more information regarding the incident. A transcript for
Witness FrankieDomenici can be found in Exhibit B, and a transcript for Witness uppkr can be found in
Exhibit C. The defendant was also contacted by Special Agent V_15K and a transcript can be found in
Exhibit D. Upon receiving the tip, reporter turntable5000 was also contacted, and a transcript of his
statements can be found in Exhibit E.
