BACKGROUND
The State of Ridgeway filed a criminal information in this case on April 30, 2022,
wherein the defendant was charged with first-degree murder and unlawful possession of
police-grade equipment. Both parties then agreed to a plea deal, where the defendant pled guilty
to all of the charges placed against him in the criminal information.
ORDER AND JUDGMENT
The court accepts the plea deal and recognizes and enters the defendant’s plea of guilty to
the charges of first-degree murder and unlawful possession of police-grade equipment. In line
with the recommendation submitted by the Department of Justice, the court sentences the
defendant to 45 minutes in the Ridgeway County Penitentiary.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
