Come forth the State of Ridgeway to seek justice and preserve the dignity of the state and therein
charge the defendant;
COUNT ONE - FIRST DEGREE MURDER

Suspect was caught via videographic evidence fatally wounding two certified peace officers of the State
of Ridgeway.
COUNT TWO - UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF POLICE GRADE EQUIPMENT
OFFENSE TYPE - FELONY
MAX SENTENCE - 25 MINUTES
During the slaying of the two Palmer Police Officers, the suspect was caught weilding and possessing a
Stetson M2-A (Civilian Model), which is illegal for a person who is not employed with a law
enforcement agency to own.
STATEMENT OF PROBABLE CAUSE
My name is Detective PendingFriendss, I am currently employed as a Detective within the
Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations Division. I have been employed
within the Sheriff’s Office since December 25th, 2020. I am a certified peace officer by the Law
Enforcement Training Center and a graduate of LETC Inaugural Class 1. Based on personal
knowledge, over a year of experience within the State of Ridgeway as a certified peace officer,
and evidence provided to the Criminal Investigations Division, I have probable cause to believe
the following:
On the day of April 10, 2022 the Ridgeway County Sheriff’s Office’s Criminal Investigations
Division received evidence from our tipline, showing Mr. Destroyer and an accomplice fatally
wounded two Palmer Police Officers. In exhibit A, we can see Mr. Destroyer pulled up his
vehicle where the two Officers were in the process of arresting an individual. At timestamp 0:55,
Mr. Destroyer exits his vehicle with an accomplice, and opens fire on both the Palmer Police
Officers. During this oreal, both individuals can also be sighted wielding a Stetson M2-A
(civilian model) which is indeed illegal for a normal civilian that is not employed within a law
enforcement agency to possess.
