AFFIDAVIT FROM THE RESPONDENT REGARDING THE WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS
This affidavit shall serve as the “affidavit supporting [an] arrest signed by the respondent” as required by
the Ridgeway Judiciary Act (2022)(2.5)(b)(v)(1); See also 1 R. Stat. § 135.
I, MedinaLUV, swear under the pains and penalties of perjury that the statement and additional
information provided in this affidavit is true.
This Incident began on 04/24/2022 in the Afternoon when I was conducting my Patrol Duties, as
a Ridgeway State Police Trooper. I had been hanging around the Palmer Penthouses and the
Ridgeway National Guard Recruitment Center, as there had been a large influx of criminal
presence in the area. Throughout my Patrol, there had been multiple people who had been
committing crimes varying from shooting up the area with Firearms or assaulting individuals
with deadly weapons. I had noticed the Individual "SubtractFunds" (The person who is suing
me) was hanging out in the area. I had begun to pick up that every time someone had shot it up
or assault took place he would automatically involve himself and "cop help." Bear in Mind I
never once asked this individual to assist me in my day-to-day operations as he is not trained and
does not hold a certification issued by the Ridgeway Law Enforcement Training Institute. Fast
forward some time an individual by the name of "icyslider2" makes his way to the area we were
in. The individual was armed with a bat, took it out, and hit SubtractFunds about 2 times, barely
doing any damage. The Individual icyslider2 retreated and put his bat down and began to run
away, at which point SubtractFunds began to open fire while the individual was running away.
The Individual continued to run away and was no longer an active threat, and SubtractFunds
murdered the individual in cold blood. Not only did SubtractFunds kill this individual he also
obstructed me from conducting my duties and hindered me from tasing him. SubtractFunds was
in no threat and still continued to shoot the individual holding no regard for his life. According to
the Castle Doctrine, once your life is no longer in danger, you must retreat this Individual failed
to do that. I then proceeded to restrain SubtractFunds with Handcuffs and informed him that he
was under arrest, as he had killed an individual who retreated away and was no longer a threat to
him. I then proceeded to book the Individual for Involuntary Manslaughter to not stain his
record, bear in mind I could’ve gotten this individual for Second Degree Murder or Voluntary
Manslaughter. SubtractFunds blatantly violated the Law and the Castle Doctrine.
