DEMAND FOR STATE MEDIATION PURSUANT TO STATUTE
Dear whoever this may concern,
Pursuant to the Judiciary Act Sub. Sec. 6.5(b)(i) we request an immediate
consideration of the demand for relief. We send this letter on behalf of Mr. Elephantcubbbb
against Rell99k in his capacity as an agent of the State. Our evidence(s) relating to our claim
is available here.
Our demand for relief consists of the following:
- 5 R. Stat. Sec. 206 (Negligence)
- $2,000 in punitive damages
- $300 in actual damages
- 5 R. Stat. Sec. 209 (Wrongful death)
- $1,000 in punitive damages
We expect a decision within the next 24 to 48 hours delivered to the below named
counsel. This deadline is reasonable and is constructed in a contractual manner to prevent
frivolous actions by the State and pursuant to the Standards on Professional Conduct for
Attorneys, relating to the fairness of opposing counsel article.
