CIVIL COMPLAINT
COME NOW, Elephantcubbbb, through the undersigned counsel does file suit against
the above captioned parties and alleges the following:
GENERAL ALLEGATIONS
Plaintiff alleges:
1. Plaintiff was exercising his right to freely bear arms for the use of self defense.
2. Plaintiff was shooting at an attacker who had previously shot him and attacked his client
during a private security detail.
3. Plaintiff was acting in his lawful capacity under Heller and the Good Samaritans Act1.
4. Plaintiff was wrongfully shot dead by the Defendant in his capacity as a PPD agent.
JURISDICTION
1. The jurisdiction of the Court originates from Art. V, Sec. IV which states “There shall be
a Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases
or controversies…”
PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is seeking monetary relief against the Defendant pursuant to 5 R. Stat. Sec.
206 (Negligence).
a. $2,0000 in compensatory damages
b. $300 in actual damages
2. The Plaintiff is seeking monetary relief against the Defendant pursuant to 5 R. Stat. Sec.
209 (Wrongful Death).
a. $1,000 in compensatory damages
3. The Plaintiff also seeks additional relief of which the Court may grant that is not
requested through this complaint.
