FINDINGS OF FACT

1) 1) On April 21, 2022, the Ridgeway County Transit Authority Command received a
notice that Trainee Transit Operator thesoccerguy4888 left the group and ceased
communications with the Ridgeway County Transit Authority without explicit notice.
2) The Ridgeway County Transit Authority attempted to make contact with
thesoccerguy4888 for a routine search that is to be conducted once any employee is
discharged from the department.
3) Attempts to contact thesoccerguy4888 for a search were unsuccessful.
FINDINGS OF LAW AND POLICY
(TO BE COMPLETED BY THE ADMINISTRATIVE COURT JUDGE)
1) If the tribunal, or the court through the aforementioned pleading of facts, finds
wrongdoing in the form of terminations then the tribunal shall be allowed to recommend
a punishment. If no finding is made of wrongdoing then the petitioner shall be fully and
forever exonerated with no punishment.
2) Section 102-6.1 of the Ridgeway County Transit Authority's handbook requires all
employees to be searched before they are discharged from the department.
3) Employees who are not searched prior to being discharged from the Ridgeway County
Transit Authority are dishonorably discharged.
4) The employee in question, thesoccerguy4888, was not searched and may therefore be
terminated through a dishonorable discharge.
RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Dishonorable discharge of thesoccerguy4888 from the Ridgeway County Transit
Authority.
