ORDER AND JUDGMENT
In accordance with Rid. R. Civ. P. 37(b), the court, after having ordered Defendant to
produce a response to the civil complaint by April 20, 2022, and not receiving any documents
from Defendant, enters a default judgment in favor of Plaintiff and thereby grants Plaintiff their
requested relief. Defendant is ordered to provide $550 in monetary damages, payable directly to
Plaintiff, by April 24, 2022, at 3:00 PM EST, unless he is able to show cause as to why such
deadline should be extended. Failure by Defendant to pay Plaintiff the ordered damages through
a court fine shall result in the issuance of an arrest warrant in Defendant’s name for contempt of
court.
SO ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED.
