IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF THE STATE OF RIDGEWAY T1DTONY, an individual, Plaintiff, v. COLECENTURY, an individual, Defendant. Case No. RSC-CV-280 CIVIL COMPLAINT COME NOW, Mr. t1dtony, through the undersigned counsel does file suit against the above captioned party and alleges the following: GENERAL ALLEGATIONS Plaintiff alleges: 1. The Plaintiff was acting in the capacity of a civilised and lawful resident of the State of Ridgeway in public. 2. The Plaintiff was admiring his newly erected billboard for which he personally paid for. 3. In the process of his admiration he, along with other civilians and a peace officer were fired upon by the Defendant. 4. There was no provocation for this attack before or during the events leading up to Defendant’s attack on the Plaintiff. 5. Defendant used an unlawful weapon to commit these offences, namely a Stetson M2-A. 6. Plaintiff attempted to defend himself from the unprovoked attack by the Defendant but his attempts were in vain and he suffered a wrongful death at the hands of the Defendant as a result. JURISDICTION 1. The jurisdiction of the Court originates from Art. V, Sec. IV which states “There shall be a Superior court which shall exercise original jurisdiction for all civil and criminal cases or controversies…” PRAYERS FOR RELIEF 1. Plaintiff prays the Court find the Defendant liable for the tortious action of Wrongful Death, see 5 R. Stat. Sec. 209. 2. The Plaintiff is seeking monetary relief in the amount of $550. a. Plaintiff seeks compensatory relief in the amount of $334 for the following losses: i. Cline 911 (semi-automatic gun) (x1) - $253 ii. 9mm bullets (x2) - $66 iii. Protest sign (x1) - $25 b. Plaintiff seeks punitive relief in the amount of $216. 3. The Plaintiff also seeks additional relief of which the Court may grant that is not requested through this complaint.
