On July 17th, 2021, Appellant filed for appeal in the case CCRC-CV-1445. Appellant
failed to submit a notice of appeal to the court clerk, or the original judge, within the 120 hours
allotted to them under Rid. R. App. P. 6(a)(1)(A)(i). Due to Appellant’s failure to abide by the
Ridgeway Rules of Appellate Procedure, this case is dismissed with prejudice.
It is so ordered.
