EXOTICTESTED123, proceeding with counsel, hereby brings this civil action and for
their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On July 11th, 2021, the Plaintiff, EXOTICTESTED123,was running in the Sterling
Heights Residential Area (or the “Sterling Hood”).
2. The Defendant, boys1284, brutally shot and killed the Plaintiff, EXOTICTESTED123,
with no legal cause or basis (while additionally unarmed).
3. Subsequently, the Defendant, boys1284 (in a pink suit), fled the scene, after killing the
Plaintiff.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Sterling
Heights, which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff’s EXOTICTESTED123 is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Defendant’s boys1284 is a citizen of the United States of America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 5 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery
b. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in compensatory/punitive damages
b. An Order of Protection spanning until August 31st, 2021
