ORDER AND JUDGMENT
FACTUAL BACKGROUND
On July 16th, 2021 a summons was issued ordering Defendant to appear before the court.
Defendant failed to appear within the 48 hour window allotted to them as required by Rid. R.
Civ. P. 11(a)(1)(A)(i).
CONCLUSION
Default judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Defendant is ordered to compensate Plaintiff with
$2,500 for the claim of battery and $2,500 for the claim of wrongful death, by July 29th, 2021 at
4:45 PM Eastern Time, failure to do so will result in a warrant for Defendant's arrest. The court
does not feel it necessary to issue an order of protection in this case.
