EXOTICTESTED123, proceeding with counsel, hereby brings this civil action and for
their allegations against the Defendant, it is alleged as follows:
STATEMENT
1. On July 9th, 2021, the Plaintiff, EXOTICTESTED123,was sitting in his taxi in the
parking lot of the Palmer Car Dealership.
2. The Defendant(s), Deputy_Ostrich1, and Deputy_StarRBLX, with a teal blue sedan,
drove and approached the Plaintiff, and held him at gunpoint while ordering him to get
“out” of his car.
3. After shouting “out” three times, the Defendants begin to shoot, and damage the
Plaintiff's vehicle (until it is in critical condition), and then additionally shoots, and kills
the Plaintiff to death, with no legal cause or justification.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
1. Venue is proper in this Court because the alleged actions took place in the City of Palmer,
which is a Discord/In-game subject to the laws of Ridgeway County.
PARTIES
1. Plaintiff’s EXOTICTESTED123 is a citizen of the United States of America.
2. Defendant’s Deputy_Ostrich1, and Deputy_StarRBLX is a citizen of the United States of
America.
TORTS AND PRAYERS FOR RELIEF
1. The Plaintiff is suing the defendant for the following torts:
a. 5 R. Stat. § 202 - Battery
b. 5 R. Stat. § 209 - Wrongful Death
2. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 1 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in punitive damages
3. The Plaintiff requests that the relief for Tort 2 be as follows:
a. $2,500 in ingame currency in compensatory/punitive damages
b. An Order of Protection spanning until August 31st, 2021
